I first encountered Whats The Point?! when theyre bassist daniel offered my band a headlining spot on his drummers garage show.Little did i know they were playing their first show that night.As soon as they started playing,i was blown away.Tight blasts,fast tempo changes and painful vocals(in a good way).but they also had another element to their music i didnt pick up on until i heard their flawless Legions of the north wind swell demo:a blackened edge to their form of grind.Moody guitars and downbeats that would make burzum jealous.this band is one of my favorites to come out of my area and im stoked they consider me a homie.hopefully a TENSION/Whats The Point?! split on the horizon? time will tell.Download the demo and enjoy the blackened violence.
